PRS UX Designer

Overview: 

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to craft exceptional user experiences through the fusion of UX principles and innovative design.

You will collaborate closely with the Personal Risk Services Client Experience Lead, fostering a culture of customer-centric decision-making and building strong relationships across the organization to ensure the success of the UX design initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include delivering visually stunning and intuitive solutions that enhance the design and usability of Chubb's digital offerings, while implementing user-centered methodologies throughout the entire process—from research to design and user testing.

 

Other Responsibilities Include:

• Lead an iterative design process, by illustrating ideas using wireframes, storyboards, process flows, prototypes, and sitemaps
• Work with cross-functional teams to analyze quantitative and qualitative user research and synthesize customer data from many sources to identify opportunities and recommend user-centric design directions with an eye towards both feasibility and economy
• Balance user, business, and technology goals.
• Advocate for the user throughout the design and development process.
• Experience in end-to-end design delivery, including conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform design decisions and measure the success of design solutions.
• Proficiency in industry standard design tools such as Figma and Figjam.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment to define and implement design solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Work effectively on multiple, concurrent projects.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools and technologies to deliver innovative solutions through enhanced design processes.
• Conduct user testing and qualitative sessions to improve engagement, usability, and affinity 

• 3+ years of experience designing mobile and web applications.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating past design experiences and deliverables is a must
• Experience with an iterative design process and recognizing that the first design is rarely the final.
• A proven track record of graphic design and prototyping tools.
• An excellent grasp of design programs and tools, Figma specifically.
• Insurance or financial services and digital transformation domain knowledge is a plus
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or equivalent combination of education and demonstrated UI/UX experience is required.
