Position Summary
The Project Manager – Lighting Products a pivotal contributor to the success of our products, ensuring their optimal performance and meeting customer needs. This role will leverage product knowledge, problem solving skills, and a customer-centric approach to enhance the product experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on continuous improvement are essential aspects of this role.
Job Responsibilities
- Project Management of Lighting Product Development team Portfolio of Brands.
- Deliver best in class New Item Set up that fulfills all PIM, Stage Gate/ HIVE needs.
- Assist in creating process for new item set up and data flow across Product Development, marketing, digital and other cross functional partners.
- Ensure all timelines are met for new item set up and launch.
- Ensure data accuracy in conjunction with Product Specialists and overseas partners.
- Cross-functional collaboration to support flow of data and assets to marketing and digital.
- Project Management of all work though the Hive and Stage gate process to ensure each step is captured in HIVE.
- Manage and implement process for assets and shared files across the Portfolio.
- Ensure delivery of Weekly Sample Trackers is timeline and accurate.
- Work with Director of PD to create flow of data – sales reports, shipping reports, weekly, monthly quarterly as we build out robust Sales and Operations reporting.
- Assist with reporting that drives the right product development pipeline decisions and helps to build the business case. Flow of sales reports, measuring new product success and creating visuals that can inform the PD team.
- Work with Product Specialist to set up for line reviews.
- Sample tracking to showroom and out to markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Project Management experience, certification a plus
- A customer-centric approach that can understand and address customer needs and concerns.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find solutions in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and respond proactively to new challenges and opportunities.
- Experience with Salsify
- Experience with HIVE
- Knowledge of Stage Gate
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$4,500.00 - $7,333.70-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
