Product Manager - Supplier Management

Enterprise IT is searching for an experienced Product Manager within the Global Supplier Management and Workplace Services Value Team to be responsible for the Supplier Management and Third Party Due Diligence Products with demonstrated ability to deliver technical solution in an agile way, drive business value and build trust with stakeholders.

The Product Manager will work as a member of the Supplier Management Product Line. Under the direction of the Product Line Lead, the selected candidate will be responsible for partnering closely with key stakeholders in the Global Supplier Management organization to define and maintain a backlog of capabilities that enable the effective management of our companies' products.   

Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

• Gain deep subject-matter expertise within key supplier management and third party risk and due diligence business processes, systems, and data.  

• Define overall product vision and strategy with a keen focus on value, business outcomes, and user experience.  

• Follow and apply Product Model principles to maximize value delivery. 

• Defines objectives and key results for all four products. 

• Partner with key stakeholders in GSM to define a product roadmap based upon business priorities. 

• Maintain and prioritize a healthy backlog of well-formed epics, features and user stories which align with the overall roadmap and serve as requirements for the delivery squad. 

• Capture, convey, and manage risks, impediments, assumptions, and dependencies for execution, and focus on reducing impact early and often. 

• Measure the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for the in-scope products and make informed decisions which will lead to TCO optimization. 

• Collaborate with various IT teams to help ensure alignment between business needs and solutions.  

• Drive release and operational support planning and execution. 

• Serve as primary contact point for questions on business requirements and related questions.  

Minimum education required:

Bachelor’s degree.

Required Qualifications: 

• 7+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2+ years of demonstrated technical or product leadership experience using Agile methodologies. 

• Experience collaborating with vendors/external partners. 

• Demonstrable experience in building and supporting large scale IT solutions using modern technologies. 

• Leadership and management skills, with proven abilities to set direction, lead and motivate team members. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders.

Preferred: 

• Agile and/or Product Management Certifications 

• Exposure to Supplier Management or Third Party Due Diligence applications and technologies, including industry trends. 

• Experience managing a globally distributed implementation squad.

• Previous experience in supplier management applications
