We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics team. The team aims to provide better products and experience, better delivery costs, strengthen industrial supply chain capabilities, and enhance platform reputation and long-term value.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the product planning and design of the international logistics service provider intake system, managing logistics service network resources and processes, improving the utilization efficiency of various resources, and supporting the enhancement and expansion of e-commerce logistics services in existing and new markets;
- Understand and analyze e-commerce and logistics models in different countries and regions, design and optimize service provider management solutions based on the actual conditions of each region;
- Collaborate with business, technical, and design teams to drive the implementation of system projects;
- Continuously promote product upgrades and innovations, consolidating integration standards and capabilities of the international logistics system.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

-5 years or more experience in logistics and distribution related products, with relevant experience in the logistics industry.
- Experience in e-commerce logistics industry products, understanding the business models of global service providers, and familiarity with the collaboration models between products and various operations;
- Ability to proactively think and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156864 - $296020 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
