Whether you’re designing code, solving regulatory puzzles, or developing strategy, you’ll join a team where innovation and integrity drive everything we do — and where your work helps shape the future of finance.</p> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Transaction Processing:&nbsp;</strong>Work with multiple systems to monitor, process, control, confirm and settle all daily transactions with accuracy and ensure successful&nbsp;processing&nbsp;to fulfill banking operations obligations.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Banking Systems Knowledge:&nbsp;</strong>Maintain working knowledge of traditional banking systems, including debit and credit card issuing, processing, ACH, wires, and ATM operations.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Risk &amp; Issue Identification:&nbsp;</strong>Conduct reviews and analysis to proactively identify required technical tasks/actions, issues, and risks across operational workflows&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Exception Processing:&nbsp;</strong>Perform daily exception processing for incoming ACH/RTP and Wire&nbsp;entries, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Exposure Monitoring:&nbsp;</strong>Monitor and manage exposure limits for&nbsp;originating partners, escalating concerns as appropriate.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Reporting &amp; Analysis:&nbsp;</strong>Review daily reports related to&nbsp;returns, return rates,&nbsp;and the&nbsp;&nbsp;ongoing monitoring of&nbsp;originated&nbsp;entries; identify trends and flag potential risks.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Client Support:&nbsp;</strong>Provide&nbsp;verbal communication&nbsp;support to&nbsp;ODFI’s, RDFI’s, and consumer inquirers-&nbsp;delivering timely and professional assistance.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Ad Hoc Project Management:&nbsp;</strong>Able to manage ad hoc project tasks and meet deadlines on&nbsp;project timelines,
