This role is accountable for building and scaling the team, systems, and operating model that turn early momentum into lasting, repeatable performance. As the person closest to creators at the most pivotal stage of their growth, you will shape how ShopMy shows up for them when it matters most - deepening their engagement, removing friction from their path, and building the habits that define long-term success on the platform.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the strategy, performance, and growth of ShopMy’s Acceleration creator segment</li> <li>Design the end-to-end strategy to move creators from first earn to habituation</li> <li>Build the roadmap, playbooks, metrics, and accountability model for acceleration</li> <li>Partner closely with the Account Management team to deepen activation of high-potential creators through structured 1:1 engagement</li> <li>Build scalable 1:Many acceleration programs through the Creator Enablement function (Community, Education, Concierge, Operations)</li> <li>Create clarity around segmentation, prioritization, and measurable outcomes across both tracks</li> <li>Ensure the 1:1 and 1:Many strategies reinforce one another and operate as a unified engine</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Creator Amplification, and Events to improve the creator experience, support lifecycle initiatives, and enhance creator-facing tooling</li> <li>Scale the team
