Must-haves:
- B.A. (or equivalent degree and 2 years of relevant administrative work experience, or H.S. Diploma and 3 years of relevant work experience
- 2-3 years' experience managing a small team
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams and SharePoint Online
- Proven interpersonal communication skills with personnel at all levels internal and external to an organization, including foreign and military officials
- Ability to manage complex and dynamic situations, instill collaboration, and drive engagement
- Strong technical skills with experience leveraging automation and AI to drive efficiencies
- Ability to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems and manage projects
- Experience in influencing and developing short to mid-term (1-3 years) strategic objectives and goals
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Preferred:
- Experience providing dedicated administrative support for one or more executive-level leaders, developing goals and objectives, and managing administrative support teams
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, U.S. military, or Department of Defense (DOD) environment with a familiarity of defense, aerospace, intelligence, and adjacent markets
- Experience with Concur Travel and Expense platform or other travel management system
