Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated test frameworks and test scripts.

• Oversee test planning, test plan creation, maintenance, and execution.

• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.

• Ensure the team follows best practices for code reviews and version control.

• Mentor and guide team members in test automation and quality assurance best practices.

• Drive test automation strategy and continuously improve test processes, frameworks, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Scripting Languages: Proficiency in Ruby (preferred) or other languages such as Python and JavaScript.

• Version Control: Strong understanding of GitHub, including branching and pull request strategies.

• Continuous Integration: Experience with CI tools, preferably GitHub Actions, Concourse, and a basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Test Automation: Extensive experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of test automation engineers.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
