We will be continuously reviewing applications and the vacancy will be filled as soon as the candidate is identified, so don't delay sending in your application. <br/> </p><p><strong>In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Business Partnership</strong>: Build strong partnership with management and employees, implementing HR actions, creating a work environment equipped to meet business needs and maintain active two-way communication.</li><li><strong>Internal Communication</strong>: Lead local initiatives in alignment with Emerson’s Culture COE to foster transparency, engagement and locally meaningful communication in Ede.</li><li><strong>Culture Stewardship</strong>: Own and drive engagement to best-in-class levels through ongoing work on realizing an inclusive employee experience.</li><li><strong>Talent Planning</strong>: Lead and deliver on talent acquisition, talent development and talent management to ensure our readiness for current and future needs are resourced with the best people.</li><li><strong>Works Council Relations</strong>: Maintain effective and productive working relationships with Works Council representatives.</li><li><strong>Employee Advocate</strong>: Deliver consistent, relevant, and effective HR support that is critical to supporting our people and enabling the best employee experience on site.</li><li><strong>Systems and HR Programs Champion</strong>: Ensure the data accuracy of our people in Oracle HCM, coordinate and administer monthly payroll &amp; benefits, achieve our annual HR program cycles such as salary planning.</li><li><strong>HR Administration Manager</strong>: Ensuring effective administration of and compliance with all applicable policies, programs, data protection, employment and labor laws. Support with audits. Adhering to local and international Emerson Trade Compliance and Quality Management procedures, as well as the Emerson Ethics policy, with respect to all business activities.</li><li><strong>Embodying Emerson’s commitment to Safety</strong> as a core business value: taking an active role in the prevention of injuries and accidents; consistently following established rules and procedures; using proper equipment; and reporting and correcting unsafe acts and conditions. </li></ul><strong>Who You Are:</strong><p>You are passionate about making an impact and always act with integrity. You excel in representing Emerson’s interests and striking the right balance between being an HR Manager and an employee advocate. </p> <strong>For This Role, You Will Need:</strong><ul><li>Excellent communication skills including <strong><u>fluency</u> in <u>both</u> English &amp; Dutch</strong></li><li>University degree, for example in Business Management or Human Resources (or equivalent)</li><li>Prior HR experience ideally with a combination of operations, employee relations and business partnering </li><li>Knowledge of using HR Information Systems or other databases </li><li>Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost integrity.<br/> </li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:</strong><ul><li>Experience of working in a sophisticated matrix international organization would represent an advantage</li><li>Proven experience in improving processes and systems</li><li>Experience in facilitating learning and development programs</li><li>A high level of business and financial understanding</li><li>Experience of Collective Labor Agreements, Works Councils, and immigration processes</li></ul> <strong>Our Offer To You:</strong><p>By joining Emerson as a HR Manager, you would be working at the heart of our business.
