P&G Personal care is looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. The specific responsibilities for this role include:

Responsible for end-to-end execution of business processes within Organization Units, Functions, Markets, etc. Responsible for process communication, deployment, budget management process, and continual improvements. Provides direction and coaching to employees/leaders, as well as ensuring deadlines are met. Provides summary of outcomes, and after action review.

Job Qualifications

Experience is ideal for competitive candidates, but not required.

Starting Pay/Salary Range:  $61,500 - $83,300

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
