Your Day-to-Day:

• Head out with a teammate in one of our branded trucks

• Meet customers, provide estimates, and close sales on the spot

• Deliver 5-star service by combining people skills with hands-on work

• Lift, load, and haul items (up to 75 lbs) safely and efficiently

• Work with the operations team to keep jobs running smoothly and on schedule

• Represent the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand with energy, professionalism, and confidence

The Right Fit Is Someone Who:

• Has a sales-first mindset (comfortable negotiating and upselling)

• Thrives in a performance-based environment and chases targets

• Is 21+ with a valid CA driver’s license & clean 3-year record

• Has physical stamina and enjoys an active workday

• Brings ambition, reliability, and leadership potential to the team

• Has open availability to work at least one weekend

• Owns a smartphone for company apps
