Hourly Full-Time Role:
7:30a-6p; 4 days/week; must work one Saturday per month

The Job You Will Perform:

• Serve as the liaison between the physician and patient
• Responsible for answering phones, determining the nature/priority of the call and appropriate routing/taking messages
• Verify patient insurance benefits, obtain and register accurate demographics and schedule patient appointments in the scheduling system
• Manage and fulfill medical record requests
• Perform administrative functions, such as but not limited to: scanning, faxing, answering emails, etc.
• Has the ability to cross train to assist other CCMH clinics (may travel to Warsaw or Bedford Clinics) when needed
   

The Qualifications, Skills and/or Knowledge You Bring:

• Uphold HIPPA in regard to patient information
• Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Windows, etc.)
• Experience using EPIC systems (preferred)
• Experience using iSalus systems (preferred)
• Prior medical receptionist experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of different insurance plans (preferred)
