About the role

In this Business Analytics position within our Business Intelligence and Analytics team, you will play a key role in bringing clarity, ownership, and scalability to how quality analysis and related processes are performed across the organization.You will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, analytics, and operational teams to document and align processes, quantify effort and cost, define metrics, and propose improvements. In addition, you will provide hands-on technical support to improve the tools, workflows, and reporting used by our teams.This role combines strong stakeholder interaction, analytical thinking, and technical enablement.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform drive testing activities in The Netherlands when needed, to support quality analysis, validation, and process understanding.
  • Work with multiple teams (software engineers, data analysts, product managers, managers, and operational roles) to understand how quality analysis and related processes are currently performed.
  • Talk to a wide range of stakeholders to capture both technical and manual workflows and translate them into a shared, structured understanding.
  • Create clear end-to-end process documentation.
  • Drive alignment and obtain formal sign-off on documented processes, ownership, and assumptions.
  • Identify risks, quantify processes, define and implement metrics to measure,
  • Use these metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Propose improvements to processes and ownership, including opportunities to centralize activities within the Business Intelligence and Analytics team to achieve end-to-end ownership.
  • Assess team capabilities and identify skill gaps, training needs, or opportunities for automation.
  • Provide hands-on technical support to improve tools and workflows used by the team.
  • Help reduce manual work and improve efficiency through better tooling, automation, and reporting.
  • Escalate risks, blockers, and misalignment when needed, based on facts, data, and documented evidence.

What you'll need:

  • You hold a driving license valid in The Netherlands for more than 6 months and have hands-on driving experience in the country.
  • Proven experience in business analytics, analytics enablement, process analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including technical and non-technical profiles.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quantify effort, cost, and impact.
  • Solid technical foundation, including: strong SQL
  • Phyton is a must and other computing languages are a plus
  • Capabilities in cloud and API understanding
  • Experience with BI / reporting tools
  • Confidence working with metrics and data models
  • Ability to understand complex software-driven processes as well as more manual, operational workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership in a cross-team environment.
  • Open-minded, structured, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams.
  • Exposure to automation, internal tools, or data pipelines.
  • Experience in BI, analytics platforms, quality analysis, or internal consulting environments.
  • Experience improving manual workflows through tooling or automation.
