As a Business Execution Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Leading cross-functional strategic, high-impact projects with global Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Service, Quality, Finance & HR

• Closely aligning with leadership team on priorities and operational, financial and strategic performance improvement targets.

• Facilitating leadership team meetings and manage action items.

• Supporting business performance analytics and insights to drive action as well as process management support for critical cross functional strategic initiative reviews designed to improve business KPIs.

• • KPI development, monitoring, business analytics and business performance insights

  • Business process improvement workstream leadership

  • Program Management

 

• Management of the integrated business planning process for SLS

• Managing Business Execution Analysts

• Ability to lead without authority in senior management teams.

• Experience performing and leading business performance analytics, identifying business performance insights across functions and ability to mobilize support to drive business performance improvement,

• Project management skills preferably gained in strategic/tactic change projects,

• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to visualize data and reduce complex data sets to drive compelling conclusions.

• Experience in developing metrics that support strategy deployment (e.g., Hoshin Kanri) and driving execution to deliver results.

• Experience or knowledge of Integrated Business Planning a plus

Required skills to have for the success of this role

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA preferred

• 10+ years of working experience leading business performance analytics, and business performance improvement initiatives

• Relevant experience in process management of strategic/tactic change projects

• Relevant experience supporting cross-functional leadership teams

• Relevant experience in organizing and conducting improvement workshops, and leading change initiatives

• DX Experience and Management Consulting Experiences are ideal

The base pay range for this position is:

Min $207,220 - Max $310,820
