2026 Summer Internship Program - Banking Pool

Summer Interns within Banking Pool Summer Intern Program will work in a fast-paced environment; gaining real experience and exposure to products at Natixis to get a well-rounded view into the Natixis CIB Platform through the two-desk rotation.  Initial placements will be determined through interview feedback and business needs before the internship begins.  Over the course of the internship, you will be able to build relationships across different areas of the firm. Your internship coordinator and assigned managers will ensure that you work on a mix of projects and deal activity over the10-week program so that you are best positioned to understand the world of finance. 

By joining the Natixis Investment Banking Summer Intern Program, you will have the opportunity to work across the firm’s key verticals: within Investment Banking (Debt Capital Markets, Banking, Corporate Finance and Leveraged Finance), Global Trade, Real Assets (Real Estate & Hospitality, Aviation Finance, Infrastructure Finance), Coverage, Latin America Platform headquartered in New York and Portfolio Management. 

The ideal candidate should have an understanding in the following key areas:

• Financial analysis: Proficiency in financial modeling, demonstrating capability for analysis and strategic thinking; working knowledge of credit risk, financial analysis and modeling is a plus
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changes in the financial markets, industry dynamics, and company strategies
• Communication skills: Effective communication skills—both verbal & written
• Problem solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and make sound recommendations based on available data
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with others 
• Initiative: Willingness and ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial, team-based environment
• Industry Knowledge: A basic knowledge of how the markets work and an understanding of important related fields (e.g., accounting, economics, corporate finance) is a plus
• Time Management: Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously 
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Candidates must be able to work in the United States on a permanent basis. Natixis will not sponsor visas for these positions and will not hire individuals whose work eligibility is based on their F-1 or other student visa status.

The salary for this program is $43.27 per hour.
