Job Summary

The HOA Operations Supervisor has the responsibility of managing the neighborhood associations as it relates to communications and any violations to the CC&Rs and Bylaws. The person in this position must understand the importance of providing outstanding customer service and be able to interact effectively with owners. The HOA Operations Supervisor must be able to comprehend the CC&Rs and Bylaws and have an understanding of budgeting.

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of Homeowners Association and Boards.
  • Customer Service Experience required.
  • Planning leadership people development and team-building experience.
  • Must be able to express thoughts and knowledge in both written and oral formats.
  • Position requires patience and the need to be sensitive to client needs while having a strong ability to manage sometimes negative situations.
  • Ability to multi-task on a variety of levels.
  • Strong planning leadership people development and team-building abilities.
  • Well respected with high degree of integrity.
  • Computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft products.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and thoroughly.
  • Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license to use in the course of business with mileage to be reimbursed at current IRS rate.
  • Provide proof of insurance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attends committee meetings.
  • Manages the provision of services to the community by outside vendors.
  • Manages and implements appropriate preventive and remedial maintenance programs including property improvement projects for proper upkeep and enhancement of all Association property.
  • Manages the Association's Violations Program by conducting property inspections and monitoring processing and reporting on such violations.
  • Manages the community's Work Order system to ensure timely response to requests from residents and related communications.
  • Normal business hours Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM with occasional weekend and evenings.
