Sr. Finance Analyst

Overview

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will serve as a key member of the Finance team. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial forecasting and reporting and also assist with the continued improvement of FP&A processes and procedures. They will assist in managing the financial processes for FBG’s G&A department’s and be involved in month end reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and annual planning. A successful candidate will have excellent collaboration skills and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Finance Business Partner to FBG’s G&A departments, working closely with their leadership teams
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting, developing impactful reporting and analysis across the FBG organization.
• Assist with management of the forecasting model, including consolidations, scenario planning, reporting, variance analyses, etc.
• Assist with the preparation of the annual budget.
• Contribute to streamlining the forecast process, increasing forecast accuracy, aligning across various teams and stakeholders and enabling meaningful forecast reviews with leadership.
• Work cross functionally with various teams at FBG, including collaboration with senior leadership to learn the business and provide financial insights and in depth analysis.
• Assist with special projects and reports as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years in a related FP&A or financial analyst position
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
• Extraordinary detail orientation and strong data visualization skills
• Experience Managing and streamlining Forecast and Reporting processes
• Experience with 3 statement financial modeling and accounting concepts
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly
• Experience with non-financial KPIs and Analytics
