Global HR Project Manager (f/m/d)

· Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resource and budget requirements.

· Lead global, complex, and business-critical HR projects with strategic relevance, ensuring objectives are achieved.

· Select and apply appropriate project methodologies (agile, waterfall) based on project needs.

· Oversee all aspects of project execution: planning, monitoring, controlling, risk and change management.

· Set deadlines, track deliverables, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

· Manage dependencies across work streams and interfaces with other departments, such as IT, Data Protection, and Information Security.

· Ensure communication plans are developed and executed effectively for stakeholders at all levels.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing concerns and managing expectations.

· Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members, and foster accountability.

· Monitor and report on project KPIs and success metrics, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and potential issues.

· University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, or related field.

· Several years of project management experience in HR or support functions (Finance/IT), including systems implementation and/or process improvement projects.

· Strong familiarity with project management software, tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), methodologies, and best practices.

· Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and adaptability under pressure.

· Experience working in a multicultural environment.

· Fluent in English and German.
