Internal Communication & Design Trainee

<p>We’re looking for a motivated <strong>Internal Communication &amp; Design Trainee</strong> to help shape and deliver impactful internal communication experiences. In this role, you’ll support initiatives that keep employees informed, inspired, and aligned with our company’s vision—through both compelling content and thoughtful design.</p><p>This opportunity is perfect for someone passionate about <strong>corporate communication, visual storytelling, and user-centred design</strong>, who’s eager to contribute to a dynamic internal culture through creative and strategic communication solutions.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in developing and executing internal communication plans and campaigns.</li><li>Create engaging content for emails, newsletters, intranet, and other internal channels and support these channels updates </li><li>Collaborate with different departments to gather and share relevant company updates.</li><li>Help organize and promote internal online and offline events and initiatives</li><li>Monitor and analyze internal communication effectiveness </li><li>Ensure consistency in tone and messaging between the different Business Units and in alignment with company values.</li><li>Support ad hoc communication projects and others as needed.</li></ul>
