About the role

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Lube Technician to join our team at Payne Edinburg. The Lube Technician will be responsible for performing oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations to ensure our customers' vehicles are properly maintained. This position offers a career path to becoming a certified technician.

Business hours: Full time M-F 7:30am -6:00pm, Sat 7:00am-4:00pm, Sun 7:00am-4pm

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Lube Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and maintenance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Perform oil changes and lubrication work on vehicles
- Inspect vehicles for additional repairs needed
- Rotate tires and perform other basic maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow company safety procedures and guidelines

**Preferred Skills:**
- Certification from an accredited automotive program
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies in the automotive industry
