Location: 551 Courier St, Henderson, NV 89011. This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting.
Shift: This shift is set for Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 2:00PM. Hours are subject to change in support of the organization
Compensation: The hourly pay range for this position is $30.69 - $46.04 per hour.
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
This position may also be eligible for shifting differentials, overtime pay, or other forms of additional compensation, in accordance with applicable Company policies and law.
Employment Logistics:
Fleet Maintenance Technician Lead will ensure all Fleet trailer equipment is inspected, maintained, and repaired in accordance with federal and state regulations as well as company standards and will ensure a safe working environment for all. The Must-Haves:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• College degree is strongly preferred.
• Five + years of experience as a semi-trailer maintenance technician.
• Three years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of semi-trailer and conveyor systems and controls.
• Basic understanding of industrial electrical and industrial controls.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures including 90-day bit inspections.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
• You will regularly need to talk or listen.
• You will frequently need to stand, walk, sit, and use your hands to handle or feel.
• The physical activity associated with this position is considered high. You will regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• You are occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

• Maintain, and provide routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections to fleet trailing equipment.
• Supervise multiple trailer maintenance technicians.
• Work with Safety department leadership to understand and ensure that all safety programs and procedures are followed.
• May be required to use a personal vehicle or Company vehicle to conduct business for the Company.
• Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.
