About this role

Manages day-to-day business operations for non-investment functions including budget management, resource allocation, strategic planning support, and cross-functional coordination. Ensures effective business operations, process efficiency, and alignment with corporate objectives. Partners with Finance, HR, and other corporate functions on budgets, headcount, and strategic initiatives. Responds to corporate requests, tracks business metrics, and implements process innovations. Supports business unit leadership with operational execution and business planning. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. Our hybrid work model
