The Opportunity:

As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many projects require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of client business. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel, and regular interactions with SMEs and technical teams.

You Have: 

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with detail-oriented work, including finding and correcting errors in written digital communications
• Knowledge of file management and digital organization
• Ability to create original documents, revise existing documents, and provide quality control
• Ability to compile and consolidate information from multiple sources
• Ability to work well independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to manage diverse activities and produce accurate products in a timely manner
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with technical writing and editing
• Knowledge of version control
• Ability to display flexibility and a positive attitude in dynamic work situations
• Possession of excellent organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
