What We Do

Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise succession planning strategy, ensuring leadership readiness, bench strength, and business continuity across critical roles.
- Design and govern the firm’s talent review framework, integrating succession, leadership development, and performance insights into a cohesive enterprise process.
- Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to identify high-potential talent, assess critical roles, and shape development strategies aligned to business priorities.
- Deliver and evolve performance management processes that promote consistency, equity, continuous feedback, and a culture of high performance.
- Enable leaders and managers with tools, insights, and capability-building support to conduct effective performance, development, and goal-setting conversations.
- Champion enterprise goal-setting alignment, ensuring individual and team goals are clearly linked to strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
