Boutique Fitness Sales Associate

YogaSix Fairview Park is looking for a part-time Sales Associate to join our fun and dynamic team. This person helps provide a world-class member experience through hospitality, cleanliness, and a passion for people. They make connections with members and prospective members, assisting them to make yoga regular practice YogaSix.

Ideal Candidate:

Able to build strong relationships with members.
Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets.
Commitment to studio cleanliness.
Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email.
Must have proficient computer skills

Responsibilities:

Make new connections through calling and texting interested prospects.
Create a world-class hospitality environment for new and existing members.
Be knowledgeable about class types, programs and pricing.
Book classes to introduce prospects to the YogaSix experience.
Use studio technology and apps.
Participate in grassroots/community events (health fairs, farmers markets, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio.
Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment.
Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

Compensation and Perks:

$13 - $15 / hour
Bonuses based on performance
