What you can expect

 

As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you are part of our Innovative Specialty Global Portfolio Management team at STADA. We are dedicated to delivering innovative treatments, particularly for rare diseases. Our team is at the forefront of evaluating and seizing commercial opportunities to bring innovative therapies to patients in need. We strive to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients by advancing treatments that address unmet medical needs.

 

• You will evaluate new commercial opportunities within the specialty pharmaceuticals sector, focusing on innovative treatments for rare diseases
• You will develop comprehensive forecasts and deal models to support business decisions
• You will collaborate closely with the business development team and expert functions to align on strategic objectives and drive project success
• You will screen and monitor ongoing developments in therapeutic areas of interest to identify potential opportunities
• You will present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise, and effective manner
• You will ensure accuracy and reliability in all analytical assessments and reporting
• You will maintain high levels of motivation and resilience, demonstrating the ability to transition seamlessly between projects

 

 

Who we are looking for

 

• You have a PhD in the natural sciences or a degree in medicine 
• You possess proven experience in healthcare investment banking, consulting, or a similar role in the innovative pharmaceutical industry
• You have exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• You have strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex messages simply and effectively to senior management
• You have a high proficiency in English and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
