The Senior Director of Product Management is a key leadership role and exceptional opportunity to make an impact for our customers and partners as part of the Marketplace Solutions team. You will work collaboratively across the entire organization to help realize the Marketplace vision to deliver exceptional user experiences in the most comprehensive corporate travel marketplace and use AI-powered sort and enablers to optimize value and trust for customers and partners across all channels.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead your teams across the product lifecycle including research, requirement definitions, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs and rollout plans to ensure successful launch of products and features to drive measurable business outcomes aligned to our strategy.
- Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
- Understand our competitors’ strategies and product features, as well as new and emerging market and technology trends, and use this information to inform and adapt your product strategy.
- Partner with data science and engineering to ensure we are delivering best-in-class experiences for our customers.
- Work closely with global marketing leaders to fully integrate your product initiatives within our marketing strategy, including our products, services, and marketing communications.
- Define the vision and strategy for your product family; regularly communicate vision, strategy and progress to executive leaders, external partners and customers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required, an MBA a plus, and 10+ years’ product management leadership experience including leading people managers.
- An experienced product professional with deep experience building great products for the B2B2C space; experience working on marketplace solutions and experiences a big plus.
- An exceptional communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills and experience, including experience presenting to executive and public audiences; proven ability to influence others internally and externally.
- An enthusiastic team player with strong leadership skills, ready to lead across the organization and push through challenges.
- A great people manager who is committed to growing and developing product management skills at all levels of the organization with a proven track record building and leading high-performing, diverse, global product teams.
- An Impatient visionary always looking for ways to improve outcomes with the ability and willingness to think and act both strategically and tactically; you possess sound business judgment as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively.

Bellevue, Washington, United States
The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $110,000 to $220,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that Egencia expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Award plan, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance and is also eligible for awards under the company Equity Incentive Plan, which is designed to align participants' interests with those of shareholders.
