What’s involved in this role: 

We are looking for a Agropur Operating System Specialist. 

Agropur Operating System Specialist will be to ensure the sustainability of Agropur Operating Systems (AOS) in order to maintain manufacturing excellence.

• Demonstrate commitment to the AOS by advocating zero loss mindset, work to standard, employee ownership and servant leadership.
• Implement the tools and philosophy of AOS..
• Create and grow site knowledge and capabilities of AOS.
• Ensure AOS implementation is sustained by the local leadership.
• Support and Coach the LST in the DMS process as well as the intern coaches.
• Conduct health checks of DMS on all shifts and identify measures to improve.
• Participate at the DS meetings identifying improvement opportunities to eliminate top losses. Be involved in the focus to deliver results and buy-in from ops teams.
• Provide effective coaching to the Line Structure teams to develop and execute 90-day plans and future compelling business needs.
• Ensure AOS activities have a connection to loss elimination that will deliver required CBN results.
• Lead improvement work sessions using the AOS tools.
• Develop project plan for implementing improvements and monitoring the new process to ensure it works as intended.
• Prepare reports and statistics.
• Up to 80% travel to US Plants: MN, SD, IA and ID

 

What you need to join our team:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in manufacturing (continuous improvement, production, quality, or maintenance) required.
• Knowledge of Agropur Operating Systems (AOS) required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
