We are seeking a full-time Patient Access Representative Trainer to join our team.
In this position you will:
- Support WMC clinical practices in various locations working with and in support of Practice Management
- Assist in clinical staff schedule management, coordinating coverage and staff placement
- Assist in screening, interviewing, and onboarding clinical staff
- Develop and lead a Patient Access Representative (Reception/Appointments) training and ongoing skill enhancement program
- Regularly assess quality metrics and service performance in the Patient Access Representative role
- Provide customer service training and tips as well as day-to-day at the elbow support
- Act as a liaison between the Patient Access Representative role and coordinating departments, i.e. Central Billing Office

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous medical office reception and scheduling experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency
