The Role
Join our team as a Content Marketer and help us create compelling stories that engage and inform our audiences. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing content assets that align with business goals and needs. You will work closely with the team to create email campaigns, sales presentations, promotional campaigns, digital assets, and other marketing assets that drive traffic, nurture leads, and build brand awareness of Stock Plan Services. Your strong communication skills, combined with continuous learning of this business and industry will be essential in creating content that resonates with our audience and achieves results.
Key Responsibilities
To successfully own the content programming efforts, you will work within and across the team, synthesize inputs, make recommendations, and implement work forward. Specifically, you will be a:
Crafter – develop and coordinate the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various formats that optimally reaches and inspires target audiences.
Atomizer – take pieces of content – of your own or discovered – and break it into smaller “molecules” to extend the reach, life, and value of the piece.
Tinkerer – continuously test and refine content tactics and assets to improve results.
Collaborator – partner across the Employer Marketing team to contribute to the overall business needs of helping to grow and retain clients.
Catalyst – forge strong partnerships and connections across the team and beyond to learn, share, and discover new ideas and or approaches to the work.
Explorer – uncover and bring to bear innovative communication vehicles to deliver content messages more effectively.
Measurer – using data and insights to help inform approaches and decisions.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Proven experience in building, implementing, and distributing high-quality content assets that align to business goals and needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Appreciation of and experience in producing content in various formats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, subject matter experts, and partners to ensure content is accurate and effective.
Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment across all levels of the organization, but reflecting a level of independence to take initiative and move projects forward.
Exceptional planning and project management skills, combined with the ability to handle more than one marketing program at a time.
Continuously evaluate and improve content marketing programming to drive business growth and achieve important metrics.
