<div class="content-intro"><p>WestCoast Children’s Clinic, located in Oakland, California, is a non-profit community psychology clinic that provides mental health services to Bay Area children, youth and families. <strong><em>Working at WestCoast Children’s Clinic means being part of an organization that is client-centered, trauma-informed, collaborative, and committed to justice and equity. </em></strong></p></div><p><strong>Position Details </strong></p> <p><strong>Title</strong>: EMPOWR Intensive Care Coordinator (ICC), Bilingual Spanish</p> <p><strong>Classification</strong>: Regular Full Time (1.0 FTE), Non-exempt (Hourly)</p> <p><strong>Location</strong>: Oakland, CA / Hybrid (availability to provide client services in-person and complete documentation remotely)</p> <p><strong>Regular Work Schedule</strong>: Full time, M-F </p> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>$38.08 per hour for bilingual Spanish candidates, inclusive of 10% language differential</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Team-Based model of care program named </span><strong>EMPOWR</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> (EMbracing, Progress and Opportunities, We Rise) aims to support transition aged youth (TAY, 16-24) attain mental health support, housing stability, employment and education gains, and community connections. The program provides community-based therapy, case management and care coordination, and peer and family support through a team-based model. The whole team collaborates on one shared caseload, providing youth with an entire team of support, and allowing staff to share in the successes and challenges of their clients.</span></p> <p>The <strong>Intensive Care Coordinator (ICC) </strong>provides support and guidance to family and community members who are a source of strength for the youth. They help bring other providers and the youth’s natural supports together. This position<strong> </strong>is responsible for engaging and assisting foster youth and other clients, family members, foster parents, and other support persons in forming a Child and Family Team (CFT).
