Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @</span><a href="http://www.Rippling.com" target="_blank"><span>Rippling.com</span></a><span> addresses.</span></p><h2 dir="ltr"><b><strong>Global Payroll Lead, Subject Matter Expert (France Payroll Expert)</strong></b></h2><p><br/></p><p dir="ltr"><b><strong>What will you do?</strong></b></p><ul><li><span>Become a product expert on our Global Payroll (and other HR) capabilities for Irish customers.</span></li><li><span>Create content and documentation to cover the existing product behaviour, update for changes, and build FAQs to support internal enablement.</span></li><li><span>Analyse support interactions to build a POV on the quality of the support interactions.</span></li><li><span>Interface with the country Product Manager to share support volume trends, drivers of bad customer interactions, and compliance issues.</span></li><li><span>Act as a resource to Customer Support Specialists on regionally nuanced interactions for your country of expertise.</span></li><li><span>Step into escalated customer interactions to resolve issues by leveraging platform and industry expertise.</span></li></ul><p><br/></p><p dir="ltr"><b><strong>Required qualifications (UK)</strong></b></p><ul><li><span>5+ years of hands-on French payroll experience, preferably in a payroll provider, HR software company, or in-house payroll function (e.g., HMRC RTI, PAYE, ADP, Sage, Workday).</span></li><li><span>Deep knowledge of French payroll regulations, including tax, National Insurance, pension auto-enrolment, and statutory payments.</span></li><li><span>Strong understanding of payroll processing, wage types, statutory deductions, and compliance reporting.</span></li><li><span>Experience with payroll compliance audits and handling payroll-related inquiries.</span></li><li><span>Ability to interpret and apply French employment laws as they relate to payroll.</span></li><li><span>Strong client-facing skills with experience managing enterprise client relationships.</span></li><li><span>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot payroll discrepancies.</span></li><li><span>Fluency in English (written and spoken) and French.</span></li></ul><p><br/></p><p dir="ltr"><u><b><strong>Please submit your CV in English </strong></b></u></p>
