SENIOR Software Engineer (Python & Django) - Full Remote

Better</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Backend development and maintenance of the company's flagship product Store Intelligence using Python, Django, C++ and PostgreSQL.</li> <li>Architectural design and infrastructure planning for software and new features.</li> <li>Investigation, debugging, and resolution of issues in live software.</li> <li>Task decomposition and distribution among the team.</li> <li>Code review, including gatekeeping for changes in all services.</li> <li>Maintenance of technical documentation and help materials.</li> <li>Mentoring and training of newcomers.</li> <li>Brainstorming and suggesting new ideas and innovations for the project.</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar.</li> <li>Proven experience (+5 years) as a Backend Python Developer;</li> <li>Solid experience with Django</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Python programming language and related libraries.</li> <li>Solid understanding of version control systems, preferably GIT</li> <li>Experience of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).</li> <li>Strong proficiency in AWS.</li> <li>Ability to write efficient, reusable, and testable code.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well within a team.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li> <li>Fluent in english</li> </ul>
