The Senior Digital eCommerce Manager will work with PGP’s customer teams to drive demand creation through digital and eCommerce strategies, programs and assets. This role will be the primary interface for customer teams and customers on leading eCommerce/digital strategies and activations to drive our core brands.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the brand and/or sales leader for each category, set budgets and CPA, revenue targets, understand business drivers and levers
Communicate business strategy and objectives, make recommendations and create test plans with Agency (if agency is buying on-site media)
May need to engage in media buying and optimization on the platforms in cases where not using an agency
Align promotional calendar and cadence to align with channel
Regularly report channel growth opportunities to the business for alignment
Meets with retailer counterparts (including some external meetings) to regularly to discuss partnership and category growth strategy
Shares experience and strategies with our eRetail team members to re-apply learnings
Lead creation of onsite media assets in collaboration with retailer and agency
Job Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
Understanding of business strategy/core brand building principles to translate into driving penetration and sales through eCommerce/digital
Marketing technologist skills across search and eCom
Proactivity, ownership, confidence, and motivated
Ability to create digital marketing strategies and break them down to the task level
Technical SEO experience.
Excellent communication skills
Experience with optimizing WordPress websites.
Ability to follow up on tasks so they get completed.
Ability to create and help the team execute digital marketing strategies.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media.
Ideal: Experience in eRetail
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences, and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert.
