• What You’ll Do
As a Technical Service Support Specialist, you will:
• Provide friendly, high quality phone and email support to customers.
• Record and resolve technical queries, complaints, and service requests.
• Offer technical troubleshooting for customers and field colleagues.
• Support with remote installations and configuration of systems.
• Manage service orders and ensure quick turnaround times.
• Assist with product returns, invoice handling, and administrative tasks.
• Schedule technicians and understand relevant timelines for each assignment.

• Who We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for new graduates or early-career talent looking to grow in a technical support environment.
You bring:
• A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technical field.
• Strong problem solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to build technical knowledge and learn on the job.
• Good understanding of basic technical concepts; networking knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage but not required.
• Adaptability, curiosity, and resilience under pressure.


• Language Requirements
To support our customers across multiple regions, you must have:
• Fluent Dutch
• Professional English
• Good French (advantageous, not essential)
