Position Purpose

Reporting into Heartland’s Director of Support Center & Staff Recruiting, the Support Center Recruiter executes on recruiting processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing and making selection recommendations. The Recruiter works with the Director to track metrics, KPIs and planning needs that inform the team and organization with valuable insights to effectively workforce plan. The Recruiter stays updated on geographical compensation and hiring trends and provides valuable insights to hiring managers.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Owns the entire recruitment cycle which includes sourcing, screening resumes and candidates, advising and training interview teams, guiding the offer process, leading and documenting post-interview debriefs and feedback sessions with interview teams, candidates, and appropriate levels of leadership.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date information regarding candidates and open roles in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Obtains regular feedback and continuously improves support staff recruiting processes to ensure process effectiveness and evolution.
  • Organizes, leads, and communicates effectively regarding the day-to-day recruitment operations for Support Center needs.
  • Works closely with the Director of Support Center & Staff Recruiting to identify and prioritize recruitment needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Stays up-to-date on geographical compensation and hiring trends and provides valuable insights to hiring managers.
  • Assists Director of Support Center & Staff Recruiting in tracking metrics, KPIs, and planning needs that inform the organization and our technician campus recruiting efforts with valuable insights to effectively workforce plan.
  • Actively develops and maintains relationships with departmental hiring managers to ensure successful partnership.
