The Opportunity:

We have an upcoming opportunity to support the United States Central Command’s Directorate of Intelligence (USCENTCOM J2) with strategic and tactical counterintelligence analysis support. In this exciting opportunity you will conduct responsive, efficient, and reliable counterintelligence analysis and support to satisfy USCENTCOM’s primary lines of effort (LOEs). This will include analytical requirements focused on multi-disciplined research, databasing, support package preparation and collaboration. Help assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that help protect the Department of Defense (DoD) and advance USCENTCOM J2’s priorities in the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

• As a HUMINT Targeting Specialist, you will have the opportunity to provide direct support to CI/HUMINT Collectors in the CENTCOM AOR.

• You will by research, analyze, and write CI/HUMINT Lead Sheets, CI/HUMINT Support Packages (OSPs), and CI/HUMINT Asset Validation Packages in support of CI/HUMINT Targeting and Lead Development Operations Support.

• Collect and analyze Publicly Available Information (PAI) utilizing managed attribution research tools in support of CI/HUMINT Targeting Lead Development Operations Support.

Qualifications:

Required

• Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

• Senior-level: Specialized training and bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience, or 14 years’ experience in lieu of degree

• Mid-level: Specialized training and 5 years of relevant experience

• Counterintelligence Analysis/Support experience

• An in-depth understanding of the intelligence cycle and how HUMINT targeting supports operations.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.

• Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of an analytical team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with theater and national-level IC partners.

• Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers.

• Experience using the following tools: NGT, TAC, RMT, CRATE, CHROME and MA tools.

Desired:

• ODNI’s Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Qualification (IFPC)

• PACE

• Knowledge of USCENTCOM and DIA product lines

• Counterintelligence Analysis experience focused on the USCENTCOM AOR

• Counterintelligence experience working with a Federal Law Enforcement organization.

• Deployment experience in the USCENTCOM AOR

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.
