Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include;

• Collecting and translating user insights into exceptional experiences by creating both functional and visually appealing features for Absa’s Digital Platforms.
• Collaborating with senior designers, and cross-functional teams to create exceptional user experiences across digital platforms.
• Assisting in the development of wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with the company's brand and design standards.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design solutions.
• Creating and maintaining design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI design and banking technology.
• Participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Ensuring consistency and coherence across all design elements and user interactions.

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector an advantage

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
