Your mission

• With your pioneering business development work you lay the foundation for the SDR area and remote partner acquisition in the US
• Actively grow our partner base in the US by acquiring restaurants/bars/cafes to join NeoTaste
• Build close relationships with restaurant partners to ensure mutual long-term success and take responsibility for the further development of our partner network throughout the US
• Work in a young and motivated team that has one goal: "We want to bring NeoTaste to every big city in the US!"

Your profile

• English language on a native speaking level with the skill to negotiate with a strong power of persuasion and enthusiasm for our app
• Previous experience in sales and business development, including identifying and approaching potential partner restaurants through targeted online research and outreaches via email, phone or the like
• Relationship building experience and the ability to maintain connections with restaurant owners to ensure that we can support them in the best way
• Initial working experience with a CRM system such as Pipedrive, HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus (we use HubSpot at NeoTaste)
• Energetic work attitude that shows YOU want to make a difference and be part of “the next big thing" - We’re not just in the game, we’re changing it!

• An estimated base salary for this role of $50,000-$65,000 annually, depending on seniority, skills and location, plus an uncapped commission
