Morgan Stanley Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO) and Morgan Stanley Family Office (MSFO) partner with Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors across all channels to offer portfolio management services to clients of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.
Responsibilities:- Support Investment Officers in building and managing client portfolios for OCIO’s (Insert Client Segment) clients
- Supporting portfolio analyses across the Endowments & Foundations client segment that lead to investment decisions
- Assisting with preparation of client materials
- Work closely with internal business development team and assist on creating RFP Portfolio Proposals Qualifications
- Along with other subject matter experts, create institutional content such as white papers for advisors to use with clients and prospects to engage on topics related to the areas of expertise
- Gain experience and knowledge in investment/ wealth management platforms and vehicles, including managed account platforms, mutual funds, ETFs, separate accounts, and alternative investments
- Manage relationships with key internal partners including Branch Support, Middle Office, reporting and technology teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Must be very detail-oriented, with an ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive & hard working with strong professional accountability
- Undergraduate degree is required
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 is required after hiring (additional licensing may be required)

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 100,000 and 135,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs
