About the Role:
Manage all aspects of an assigned portfolio of equipment finance accounts, ensuring each relationship meets corporate standards for risk, profitability, and compliance. Strengthen client partnerships through proactive account oversight, credit assessment, and solution‑oriented support.
What You Will Do:
- Manage portfolio through complete and current knowledge of client’s financial condition, management’s performance and industry trends, and take timely action so client losses are minimized and do not exceed budgeted standards.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of equipment finance clients, ensuring each relationship meets corporate standards for credit quality, profitability, and compliance.
- Conduct ongoing credit assessments, monitor account performance, and proactively identify emerging risks or opportunities within the portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, manufacturers, and internal partners to support deal flow and enhance customer experience.
- Oversee problem loans and workout credits by developing action plans, coordinating with credit and risk teams, and guiding clients toward resolution strategies that protect portfolio performance.
- Propose changes in policies and procedure to reduce costs and provide better and more efficient services.
- Develop and operate within individual budget to control expenses.
- Structure and underwrite changes to existing deals for management approval.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- 3+ years relevant experience.

Salary range: $72,000 – $120,000
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
