Restoration Technician (Mitigation) — SERVPRO® Team Carpenter 🛠️

Locations: Citrus Heights/Roseville, Carmichael, Manteca, E. Modesto, W. Modesto
Schedule: Full-time • Day shift + paid on-call rotation • OT available
Comp: Competitive hourly + OT (DOE)

What you’ll do

• Stage gear, protect contents, build containment; set negative air
  
  
• Water mitigation: extraction, controlled demo, drying setups, readings & moisture mapping
  
  
• Fire/smoke/odor: HEPA, wipe-downs, sealing, deodorization
  
  
• Specialty (as trained): bio/trauma, regulated materials, PPE
  
  
• Document cleanly in DASH/Next Gear; keep sites tidy
  
  

What you bring

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
  
  
• Can lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 with help); ladders, attics/crawl spaces
  
  
• Work safely with/around cleaning agents & regulated materials
  
  
• On time, coachable, customer-first, no nonsense
  
  
• Able to pass a background check (as permitted by law)
  
  
• Nice to have: IICRC WRT/ASD, basic recon skills, bilingual
