SUMMARY:
 The purpose of the Customer Service RSR Order Processor position is to ensure accuracy in the data entry for parts ordering. They are part of the internal operations team, responsible for the accurate and timely ordering of replacement parts needed by existing homeowner customers.
 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 ·       Accurately enters orders in timely manner  
 ·       Communicates and collaborates effectively across multiple internal departments  
 ·       Cross-trains in and supports other areas of the business, as decided by supervisor  
 QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
 ·       High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of one year of data/order entry experience.  

 ·       Advanced computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.  

 ·       Demonstrated ability to work and contribute in a team environment.  

 ·       Strong communication skills and customer orientation  


Compensation is a range $21.45-31.05/hr
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays to use at your discretion, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
