Clinical Scheduler (Remote)

Overview
The Clinical Scheduler position is a direct report to the Clinical Operations Manager and is responsible for coordinating staff and client schedules by performing diverse related duties.
Pay starting at $17/hr (flexible dependent upon experience).
Candidates must reside within driving distance to Brookfield, WI, as training will be on-site at the Brookfield office and will then transition to remote with occasional on-site meeting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staff and client schedules for the delivery of autism services to our clients
- Inform families and/or Behavior Interventionists of schedule changes and update systems accordingly
- Find alternate coverage or alternate work for Behavior Interventionist and arrange for PTO coverage
- Schedule make-up time to maximize contract fulfillment Participate in staff efficiency and contract fulfillment initiatives
- General Office Support
- Receive and respond to staff and client phone and email inquiries relating to scheduling
- Answer scheduling questions from clients and staff and escalate to appropriate management staff as necessary
- Reconcile billing operational and payroll reports
- Meetings
- Clinical Scheduler will be expected to attend regular meetings with the Clinical Services Scheduling Manager and participate in meetings with other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- A minimum of three years customer service experience
- Prior scheduling experience required (preferably in a healthcare setting or at an autism services provider)
- Excellent customer service skills, self-motivated, self-starter, well organized and detail oriented approach to tasks
- Proven customer service skills and experience handling heavy call volume
- Proactive/proven ability to anticipate needs and respond appropriately and in a timely manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Expected to be available to work overtime, if required.
