Senior Product Support Analyst

What You'll Do:

As the Senior Product Support Analyst, you will support activities within NAVAIR's  Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office (PMA-262). In this role, you will be entrusted with a variety of critical tasks. 

Responsibilities will include:  

• Appling analytic techniques in the evaluation of program objectives
• Analyzing requirements, status, budgets, and schedules
• Collecting, completing, organizing, and interpreting data relating to aviation acquisition and sustainment product programs
• Tracking, interpreting, and contributing to program statuses and schedules
• Applying government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management
• Providing assistance to senior logistics managers with coordination of maintenance and support equipment readiness
• Consulting with the Triton Internation Program on maintenance and support equipment readiness
• Acting as a liaison between the Program Office and Navy operating Squadrons, Wings and Groups regarding Triton maintenance and support equipment readiness
• Contributing to the review, amendment, and improvement of Maintenance Task Analysis and Maintenance Planning documentation
• Representing the Program Office at recurring maintenance forums and working groups (e.g.  Maintenance Operations Center coordination meetings)

Requirements

The Senior Product Support Analyst will have the following education and/or experience: 

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience in a maintenance management role, required. Without a bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of experience may be considered.
