What You Will Get To Do:
Onsite execution of SS&C corporate events in New York City.
Plan, develop, manage and monitor all aspects of assigned corporate events/ tradeshows, meeting deadlines and budget demands
Liaise with internal clients to discover requirements and expectations to help ensure client satisfaction.
Organize, oversee and execute program efforts including conducting research, making recommendations, contract negotiations, promotional strategies, catering, sponsorship coordination, buy tradeshow assets, managing tradeshow asset inventory, transportation, event logistics, communications, follow-up, expense reconciliation and reporting.
Collaborate with the lead generation team’s efforts to identify, produce, report, and nurture sales leads from events.
Measure and report effectiveness in order to drive continuous process improvements.
Provide excellent customer service and communication to both internal clients and external vendors and customers.
Keep accurate records of all event contracts, budgets, and associated materials.
Work as a contributor on large enterprise-wide events.
