About the role

<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p> <p>This role supports the development and activation of audience strategies for Volkswagen Group brands at a global level. Sitting at the intersection of audience intelligence and audience creation, the Executive will help translate upstream consumer insights, research and data signals into clear, targetable audiences that can be activated across digital channels.</p> <p>Working closely with senior audience strategists, activation teams and local markets, this role focuses on applying audience frameworks, building and refining custom audiences within platforms, and ensuring global guidance is practical, consistent and activation‑ready. </p> <p><strong>Audience Intelligence & Insight Application</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the translation of consumer research, audience intelligence and platform signals into defined audience segments.</li> <li>Bring together inputs from tools such as Omni, audience research platforms and media insights to inform targeting recommendations.</li> <li>Assist in extracting and summarising audience learnings from campaigns and platform data to support planning and optimisation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Audience Creation & Activation Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build, refine and manage audiences within media platforms and DSPs (e.g. DV360, social platforms), following established global frameworks.</li> <li>Support activation teams with audience selection, setup guidance and troubleshooting overlaps or exclusions.</li> <li>Assist with the localisation of global audience definitions for local market activation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Global–Local Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>You’ll work with teams in different countries to help adapt audience plans so they work in local markets. You’ll support campaign activity by answering questions and helping teams apply audience guidance correctly.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ways of Working & Knowledge Sharing </strong></p> <ul> <li>You’ll share useful learnings and updates with teammates, so everyone works in a consistent way. You’ll help keep audience information organised and easy for others to use.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You will likely bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hands‑on experience or strong interest in digital media and audience targeting.</li> <li>Comfort working with data, spreadsheets and basic platform reporting.</li> <li>Ability to interpret data from multiple sources and turn it into clear, practical outputs.</li> <li>Familiarity with audience creation or targeting tools and platforms.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication
