Performance Marketing Manager

Aquant is seeking an experienced digital marketer to own performance of paid and organic digital channels for our B2B enterprise software business. The Performance Marketing Manager will use their digital channel expertise to drive business outcomes, including qualified lead generation and opportunity pipeline. 

Job Requirements and Responsibilities: 

• Manage the execution, measurement, and budget of paid marketing campaigns, including paid social, SEM, retargeting, and content syndication
• Measure and optimize website performance to improve SEO rankings, traffic, and conversion rate
• Align with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and business development to run ABM campaigns that support business outcomes 
• Serve as the marketing team’s channel performance expert - owning weekly reporting and making recommendations across all marketing programs 
• Recommend new digital vendors, channels, and agencies for performance optimization

What you bring to the table:

• Experience managing LinkedIn ads for B2B campaigns, optimized towards down-funnel metrics like sales pipeline. 
• 5+ years experience in digital marketing, with experience in owning large-scale paid acquisition campaigns.
• Unabashed data nerdiness. You love digging into reporting to find opportunities, and thinking about how your findings impact downstream business metrics. 
• Great relationship-building skills, and proven ability to align with multiple stakeholders to achieve consensus and move initiatives forward.

In compliance with the New York City Pay Transparency Law, we are sharing this base salary range. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skill set, experience, job scope, performance in assessments during the interview process, and current market data.
