The US Digestive Health team is responsible for delivering consumer led innovation on brands such as TUMS, Benefiber and Preparation H. As a Product Development Co-Op, the individual would have various levels of involvement in the development of conventional and non-conventional solid, semi-solid, liquid, powder and other formulations. This would include designing and conducting experiments, data analysis and engagement with consumer sciences.
What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?
This position will support new product development within the US OTC team, specifically Digestive Health working on brands such as TUMS, Benefiber & Preparation H. The individual will work closely with their sponsor as well as other team members to design experiments, carry out specific scientific work, and collaborate with cross-functional team members throughout the product development process.

To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:
Education required:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food Science or related science.
Other requirements:
- Ability to start in January 2025.
- Able to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the Co-Op duration (6 months).
- This role is onsite at our Richmond, VA location.
- Provide your own funding for relocation and commuting.
- Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization.
Expected start date: January 2025
The hourly rate for this role is $24.50/ hour.
