  • This role will be a critical contributor to the transformation and management of policy and procedure for our executive onboarding programs, our global mobility program, and related ad-hoc initiatives.
  • This role will operate at the crossroads of multiple program areas to ensure cohesive, aligned, and efficient process and policy among designated program areas.
  • This role will work closely with new executives, People Centers of Excellences (COE), People Business Partners, Compensation experts, and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution and alignment of our executive onboarding and global mobility programs.

 

What you'll do

 

  • Partner with us to influence, improve, and implement our executive onboarding strategy and process. 
  • Create and project manage custom tailored onboarding plans for executives as needed.
  • Coordinate with executive compensation, executive assistants, external partners, and other stakeholders as needed to ensure smooth onboarding transition for new executives.
  • Contribute to executive orientation planning, and creation of onboarding materials to familiarize new executives with company culture and policies.
  • Assist with global mobility program administration, strategy, and improvement, including international assignments, transfers, and relocations.
  • Liaise with external consultants to facilitate global mobility strategy and incorporate external partner expertise and insight into program improvement and benchmarking.
  • Develop and provide regular reporting of program performance and benchmarking and generate of insights from this data to enhance and improve programs.
  • Support creation of presentations about program policy, changes, and enhancements to various internal COEs including Compensation, Recruiting and People Business Partners.
  • Ensure alignment of our processes and policies with broader enterprise initiatives and policies.
  • Reviews effectiveness of executive onboarding and global mobility policy and guidelines and proactively identifies areas of opportunity to evolve and adjust where needed.
  • At all times demonstrates a highly professional demeanor and presence when engaging executive leaders.

 

All you'll need for success

 

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • BS/BA degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources or a related discipline
  • 4 years of experience in Compensation, Finance, or related field
  • Proficient in the creation of succinct, clear and appealing PowerPoints
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including organization of data, information, and light modeling to find and explain business insights
  • Project management experience required.
  • Credibility with leadership at all levels – frontline and management

 

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Must consider initiatives at enterprise-wide perspective aligning to overall strategy
  • Analytical and detail oriented with ability to execute programs and initiatives
  • Solution-oriented thinker
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Word
  • Strong organization, planning and communication skills
